Hi, i have a yale sync alarm then if set off will flash my hue lights on and off for 20 seconds, (not quite good enough) so my idea was that the only device the yale alarm activates is a tradfri socket, now this is where im totally stuck, what i need to know is how do i activate the police lights Entertainment from the tradfri socket turning on, thank you.

the police lights entertainment program runs from the phone. This means you need to start it from the phone. Hue Essentials has a Tasker plugin you could use.
An alternative would be to create a police lights effect (similar to the Christmas effect). Effects can be triggered from the bridge and do not require a phone.
