I don’t know if there’s a possibility already to create a widget in iOS to turn the motionsensor on/off? I saw on this website that other apps have that function. If Hue essentials has this too, please let me know how to configure it. If not, i like to add it to the feature requests.

Hue Essentials has widgets, but does not currently have one to turn the motion sensor on/off. It is on the wish list for future development.
