I am new to HE, just installed it today on a nVidia Shield today.
It doesn’t seem to work on Amazons Prime Video. Whenever I want to see a trailer or press “watch now” all the lights turn down or off. It seems to work fine with YouTube and other free streams.
Hi, unfortunately the content of Amazon Prime is protected so apps like Hue Essentials cannot see it. There is not much we can do about that, but we are looking into ways to unlock this. Please check the following: Sync (Entertainment) on your phone or Android TV
