I have the premium license but can’t get the touchlink with a IKEA remote working.
I did everything like in the video and the written doc. I press the touchlink button in the app - which looks strange photo attached - the light on the remote goes off. I can sync the remote with the bulb. Remote is working. But the app is not finding the light. I was running the search 10 times without any success. Tried the same with a different remote and different lamp with same problem. I also factory reset one of the bulbs….
Any guidance how I can fix it
