Context
I have a Philips Google TV and a Philips Hue Bridge (Pro). I purchased the Philips Hue Sync / Essential Premium pack that is accessible directly from Philips Google TV.
What works correctly

Hue lights synchronize properly:
- In the Google TV interface (menus, browsing)
- On YouTube videos
- When launching streaming apps such as Disney+ and Prime Video but only during advertisement videos
What does not work

On Prime Video and Disney+, the main content does not synchronize with Hue lights:
- The Hue Sync icon is red (indicating an active sync session)
- Only advertisement videos trigger light synchronization

Live TV / TV apps do not synchronize at all:
- The Hue Sync icon is red
- No light synchronization occurs under any circumstances
