Start effect saved to brige by api or scene

I would like to start an effect ( full rainbow) trough the api , is this posible?

Another option would be that the effect switches on when i select a certain scene.

In the api explorer uinder “resourcelinks” you can find your effect . Open it, Open subsection "links"find your sensor number
