We currently use a Hue Hub with 3 light bulbs and a dimmer switch in lamps and ceiling lights. We are going to install non smart spot lights in our kitchen and living room ceiling. I was hoping to find a wall light switch (with dimmer buttons on the switch itself if possible) which will also connect to Alexa, HomeKit. Do I need this to work through the Philips HUB? I would prefer not to buy other HUBs if I can help it, or perhaps there are switches that don’t need a HUB that I can just add? I would be grateful to hear any suggestions as I’m a little lost as what to buy to get our contractor to instal.
