Phillips hue bulb unknown after connecting to IKEA rodret

I am trying to connect the smart dimmer from IKEA (Rodret) to a Phillips hue bulb. I also have the Philips hue bridge. I manage to connect the bulb to the dimmer with touchlink. but when that happens the bulb shows as unknown in the Phillips hue and Phillipsessential app. Which results in not being able to control the lamp with the app(s) and only with the IKEA dimmer. So the wake up automations etc als won’t work.

Anybody has a solution for this?

Hey, bit of a long shot but did you manage to find a solution for this? I have the exact same issue, it’s a nightmare trying to get the switch to play nice with the hue bridge/app.

I had the same issue and as I understand it, Rodret is not compatible with Hue Bridge.
