One e14 bulb is not working

Hello,
I have bought an old chandelier with 12 sockets to fit e14 Hue bulbs. I had the appliance checked by a professional electrician, unfortunately 12 works with a conventionnel bulb but one doesn’t work with a Hue, I have checked the bulb on another so it work and is found via serial number.
Anyone one has an idea ?

Problem sorted it was the design of the HUE not as deep as normal bulb therefore it could not touch the other part and function.
