I don’t know how to say it in any other way, but the latest update seriously fucked up my devices and settings …

Some smart plugs and lights got their names switched to default, others appear under a name long changed and used years ago - all while the routines using them still showing their correct names. I already tried to change the names, no effect - absolutely impossible. Always switches back to the current failure. And i tried that on 3 different devices …

Furthermore some switches now show the warning sign for false configured actions i programmed on the buttons, others lost their configuration completely - all while still working if i press a button physically.

If i use the official app, the correct names of the devices appear, but of course not the routines …

I have absolutely no idea how to get things going correctly again - please help!
If you need any further information, please let me know.
The devices mainly are original hue stuff, hue or osram or ledvance smart plugs and some iluminize switches/dimmers.

All smart plugs from Ledvance or Osram are now shown as unknown devices:

Hi David, thank you for letting me know about the issues you are experiencing.

Fixed in next update, the previous names will appear again. You do not need to do anything.

As these are not Philips Hue lights, they cannot be updated using a Hue bridge. In the next update they will appear at the bottom under “Not updatable”.

Thanks for reporting the issues, they will be resolved in version 3.1.8 which should be available within a few days.

thank you very much for your fast reply and solution.

Just an info for the second part of your answer:
The updating part i know ;), but what changed was the fact that they were showing up correctly with their software version and manufacturer without any issues prior. I guess that will be fixed regarding your answer.
