I bought premium, multiple bridges and some various effects. I still have the purchases in my google purchase history. The restore purchase instructions don’t work. What can I do?
Sorry, can’t help you but I have the same issue. Android 13, deleted everything, reinstall etc. I had to factory reset my Hue bridge, I think it started after that. I can’t select the Christmas Effect I bought in 2021 and I need it now
