Hue video doorbell - issues

Hi all
Wondering if there any users of the hue video doorbell here, I have an ongoing issue and Hue support are not much help with my problem. I bought the doorbell in January this year and have a problem that has now occurred 4 times so will likely continue to happen into the future. When first setup the doorbell worked as expected, recording video footage of any activity inside the detection zone that I set but after a few weeks I noticed that I wasn’t getting video anymore, rather just a single snapshot image when motion was detected. Support suggested I delete and then reinstall the doorbell which worked, at least for a short time, then the same thing happened again and as of 2 days ago its just happened again for the fourth time. I know I can go through the reinstall process yet again and setup all the necessary parameters, yet again but this is getting beyond frustrating so any other users experiencing this or maybe can someone tell me why this is happening and suggest a fix.
