My hue play gradient lightstrip stopped working on the same day when the hue bridge got an update. The bridge listed it as unreachable. I have checked everything: power supply, entering the serial number, resetting the lightstrip with (2 sec on, 8 sec off) x 5. The bridge doesn’t find it. Can you help me?
