Hue Essential Premium allowing multiple platform access?

Hi! I’m a Premium user for the Hue Essentials app on Android for a long time now. Recently I wanted to re-setup quite a lot so decided to do that on my Windows laptop. However, I found out that I had to pay again in order to also get Premium on my Windows app. This seems quite unusual since most apps/platforms provide a key to a user allowing them to choose whatever platform suits them.

Am I missing something or is it really not possible to randomly choose the platform being a Premium user?

Same here. Having to pay again is nonsense. I just wanted to try out the sync, nothing more.

Has anyone managed to use premium access across multiple platforms in the meantime? I purchased the premium upgrade on iOS to use Touch Link (which is as far as I see not available in the FireTV app), would like to use the sync feature on my Fire TV, and my smart home tablet runs on Android (Google Account) :see_no_evil_monkey:
