Hue app update failes

Hello,

I just bought a Hue bridge, Hue lamps and motion sensors.
After installing the app, this app asks for an update. Once the app start to install. i always get the message Update failes. This happens on every device (Android smartphone & Ipad).
After reinstalling the app, I get the same failure message;
Who can help me?

Could you share a screenshot of the error message, please?

Problem is solved! I changed my bridge with another one. The first one was probably one which failed working. You can close this call.
