Hello been trying to connect the hue bridge to the app but it’s saying it cannot be found. The bridge is plugged into power and the wood by Ethernet cable…All three lights on the bridge are lit so I’m not sure what’s going on…
Could you let me know what type of bridge you are using? Is your phone connected to the same WiFi network as your bridge?
