Gradient light strip not syncing correctly

Hey.
Bought 3 x gradient light strip today.

  1. 2 meter + extension is syncing in all zones

  2. 2 meter + extension is only syncing in 2 zones, the extension isn’t syncing

  3. 2 meter where i cut of the end at the first arrow. But it is only syncing in 2 zones

How do I fix this?

Note: it’s in the other end of the power supply

Unplug the power supply for a few seconds and then plug it in again. Make sure the extension is already connected before plugging the strip into power.

Hello.
Not helping at all.
It is still syncing in 2 of the 3 zones
The first light strip with extension is all good

But the other one with extension and the shortened one is still not working proper
