Hello, so I got this problem with my socket, when I try to turn it on it won t let me, and when I put the app on sleep it shows this.(I don t have bridge)

When the app is not open it is normal that an exclamation mark is shown. The exclamation mark means that the plug or light is not currently connected. With the app open, it should not appear and you should be able to control the plug or light. Does it still show this symbol with the app in the foreground? Do you get any errors when trying to toggle the plug?
