ECODIM Zigbee dimmer does not work in routine

I’ve successfully setup my Ecodim dimmer in my Hue app. Manually switching the lights on and off and dimming the lights linked to the dimmer works fine. I’ve defined a routine to switch on these lights at sunset. The apps shows that the lights are switched on, but actually the lights don’t turn on. After I flip the switch in the app off and on manually, the lights go on. As set in the routine, the lights switches off automatically at midnight.

Anyone a suggestion to solve this problem?

Maybe the switch is not fully compatible with the Hue bridge. What action did you add in Hue Essentials to switch on your light? Can you share a screenshot? What you can try is setting a custom fade time to 0 seconds in Hue Essentials. That often resolves issues with third party lights on a Hue bridge.
