I have just added a Hue Play gradient lightstrip to my tv and am using Essential app for the ambilight sync function on Nvidia Shield.
The ambilight works great for HDR (or 4K) content, but when I select a file in Kodi or Stremio (on Shield) with Dolby Vision, the sync either stops or it translates black background to a green tint. (Red is also subdued)
My TCL C635 TV supports DV content.
Is this a known bug? any solutions?
I expected all bugs to be fixed by now in the app and was hoping for a smooth experience after buying the pro version.
