I’m very happy with the overall functionality of the app and what it allows non-bridge-using setups to achieve. But since the latest update 4.0.3 on iOS, the app doesn’t remember any connected device. It seems to reset to factory, showing me a greeting screen and options to connect “my first device”, although I’ve been using this app for almost a year now. I understand that this can happen after an update, and have seen this happen before. But now it happens every time I reopen the app. Even when I didn’t close it in the app switcher.
Hello @SeppeBruyland, thanks for letting me know. This should not happen. Can you please try again with Hue Essentials 4.1.0? The update should be available within a few days. In this update there are some fixes for Philips Hue lights over Bluetooth.
If the issue is not resolved with 4.1.0, please let me know. A screen recording of the issue would be great.
