Can't get 'Away from home' to connect any more on iOS

I used to be able to connect via ‘Away from home’ using the Hue Essentials app on iOS, but the last few days I’ve been getting an Error message:

Unexpected response from bridge. Please try again later. Use JsonReader.setLenient(true) to accept malformed JSON at path $

Is this a bug, or is it possible I need to fix some settings somewhere?

No… no, I hadn’t. I just noticed that the Bridge had no connection to the internet any more. I changed ISP’s recently, so probably that was the cause of it losing the connection. Turning the Bridge off and on seems to have solved it.
