I have a Hue dimmer (new version) what was previously paired. I think I reset the dimmer and it no longer appears in the accessory list. When trying to pair after doing a 10-second reset, the light turns to green but the Hue app never finds the switch.
When I look in the software update screen on the Hue app, the dimmer switch shows in the list as “device is unreachable”.
I’m just guessing but I think this hidden device entry might somehow be interfering with the pairing process.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue without fully resetting the bridge?
