Thanks for the report. This response should not be possible according to the Hue developer documentation, so unsure why you get it. I will fix the issue in the next Hue Essentials update, version 3.1.8.
I get the same error but I got it after I logged in with with wrong credentials, it was for my second bridge. So now I don’t get my first bridge into the app. What can I do?
Thanks again for the additional details. There is another fix which should fix the issue which will be available in version 4.1.1 and higher. Like mentioned earlier, this issue should not be possible according to Hue documentation, and I am unable to reproduce this myself. But with this update I think it should work now if there are no further issues. The update should be available within a few days, apologies for the inconvenience.
