Away from Home - Unable to Connect (it used to work fine)

I used to be able to connect HE using the Away from home function, but now it does not work. The Hue app connects fine, but Hue Essentials does not.

I’ve tried logging disabling and re-enabling Away from Home for both of my bridges, and I’ve tried rebooting my phone. No change. The Hue app connects, but Hue Essentials says “Unable to Connect” for both.

What should I do?

I got this working. I don’t know how things got out of sync, but I removed all the cloud pairings on the MeetHue site, and had to remove and re-add my bridges to Hue Essentials and re-pair. The whole process is klunky on Android.
