Automation disappeared

Hi,

I’ve been trying to set up some automations for my hue lights.
This morning, while I was changing one of my automations, it disappeared when I clicked save.

My issue is that it is till active, but I am not able to see it. Lights keep changing, so the automation works, but I can’t see it in the app. So I can’t deactivate it or edit it.

Does anyone know of this issue or a fix?

Same problem here. Did you find a solution ?

I had to use the API to identify sensors created by Hue Essentials and then delete them one by one, hoping to find the correct one. It worked

Could you please provide me more information by doing the following?

  1. Open Hue Essentials
  2. Tap Devices
  3. Select your bridge
  4. Tap API debugger
  5. Tap Continue
  6. Tap GET
  7. Copy the entire response text and send it to me at support@hueessentials.com.

Hi. Looks like I’m also experiencing this same issue. Some of my Hue switch automations are not displaying in the app although all switches continue to operate correctly. I’ve attached two screenshots as an example:

Both these switches’ buttons were programmed identically but now I’m only seeing the automations of one of the switches? Thanks.

Hi everyone, i have the same issue.
After some time not looking into the configurations i wanted to change a light bulb with another. There i saw that on some dimmers/switches (Hue and Ikea) the automations are missing. But the dimmers/switches are working properly, i just can not change/see the config.
@Thomas is there a solution for this issue?
