I have had a hue set up coordinated with Apple HomeKit for over a decade now. For the past several years, I have automated my home using the Shortcuts app on iOS. For some reason in the past few weeks when my Shortcuts tried to run, they can’t because I am told that that the Hue app has quit unexpectedly.
If I go into the Shortcuts app and change one thing on one shortcut and run it, everything goes back to normal until the next day. Again, my shortcut tries to run, fails because the Hue app has quit unexpectedly, and after I go into the Shortcuts app and change one thing it goes back to normal for one day again.
This has only happened with Shortcuts trying to use hue. No other shortcuts are affected. I am at a loss for what the problem could be because as I mentioned, I have been using this exact set up for years. As far as I can tell, no software updates have caused this issue and I haven’t changed any of the hardware involved. Any help would be appreciated!
