Hi to all, i have 7 bulbs in my home but just 4 are recognized: i’m unable to add 3 bulbs using google home app or hue app. My google account is linked to hue account and another strange thing is that it’s reporting that have 11 devices but it’s not possible because i have 1 bridge and 7 bubls but only 4 bulbs are recognized. Could be that 3 bulbs have broken? What can i do to troubleshoot the problem? Can the bridge be resetted to factory? Thanks very much!
