Notification when motion is detected

I am looking to get a notification, either through an app or SMS when the Hue Motion Detector activates., particularly when I am not home. How best to do this?

It is not possible to get a notification due to limitations on the Philips Hue bridge. This is something Philips Hue would need to add support for first.

Unfortunately the Hue bridge cannot send commands to other devices. So that means the Hue dimmer switch can only control devices connected to the same Hue bridge like lights. An alternative solution could be to continuously poll the Hue bridge, but that will have a delay and will slow down the Hue bridge. This is something Philips Hue would need to add support for first.

It is possible through an Alexa routine.
I set my work time as time slot to notice me if a motion is detected. Works perfectly

I had my echo 4th gen sending SMS and saying someones in driveway when echo first detected the outdoor motion sensor (with an alexa routine). then she quit/ it quit working and I cant get it back
