My lightstrip was working fine for a long time. I stopped using it for about 3 weeks because the sticky tape wore off and I had to buy 3m clips to remount to the back of my monitor. I got it setup, turned it on, and opened the app. My profile labeled “office” is now gone, and when I tried to add lights again, it can’t find them and won’t connect. I’ve power cycled it 10 times, and restarted the app. The app is also up to date. What is going on? This lightstrip worked fine for months. It’s currently lit up with the default yellow/white colors.
