Hi, we have spent £200 + on lightstrip, bought so many starter kits and a hue bridge. The lights are flashing when turned on but just not connecting. Sometimes it says lights connected but then the app does change the lights etc.
The hue bridge can’t find any devices. We are so frustrated with this and thought something so expensive would work easily

You can try to connect the lights by serial number or touchlink method.
Also please make sure to select your Philips Hue bridge and do not select the option Philips Hue Bluetooth.
